Conditions for reservations and cancellations:

Within 3 (three) days from the date of the confirmation sent in writing by the hotel, the client undertakes to make an advance payment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the announced price of the tours requested by him and confirmed by the hotel services. The client pays the rest of the reservation amount on the spot at the hotel.
In case of non-payment, the hotel may cancel the reservation without notifying the customer.
The Customer may cancel the services without penalty no later than 21 (twenty one) days prior to the date of arrival at the Hotel.
In case of cancellation between the 21st (twenty-first) and 14th (fourteenth) day before the date of arrival of the client at the hotel, a penalty of one night will be due. In case of cancellation less than 14 ( fourteen ) days before the arrival date and in case of non-arrival at the hotel, the deposit paid will be forfeited as a penalty.
