Collection, processing and transmission of personal data:
You can visit our website without providing any personal data.
Your personal data is only collected if you provide it voluntarily, for example when you make an accommodation reservation or make an enquiry. When you make a reservation, you will be asked to fill in an online form which contains: name, email, contact telephone number. This information is required to process the request and complete the order (including sending an email to you to confirm the order).
CARD DETAILS AND AUTHENTICATION DETAILS:
We do not have access to your card details, only your servicing bank has it.
We do not have access to your authentication data, only your card issuing bank has it.
The security of card data entry and transmission is ensured by using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between your computer and the payment page of our service bank.
The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code.
In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.
SPA HOTEL PERSENK OOD as the owner of www.hotelmodar.bg will not require you to provide your credit card details (including type, number, CVC code, validity, cardholder name). They will be requested by the bank in a dedicated online payment form.

Voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes specified:
When you enter your personal data or the personal data of your employees, including service data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses, telephone numbers), the disclosure of the data is made completely voluntarily by you. By entering the data, you consent to the collection, processing and use of the data for the purpose of contacting you. Collection, processing and use for any other purpose does not take place. This consent may be revoked at any moment, with effect for the future.
No transfer of your personal data will take place unless you directly request it, except in instances explicitly provided for in a statutory instrument!
Information
You have the right to request information about what data is stored about you, its origin, its recipients, and for what purpose it is stored. Our team will provide you with this information by e-mail: marketing@hotelmodar.bg
In addition, you have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked and deleted in accordance with the legal provisions.

Park Hotel Modar and www.hotelmodar.bg apply all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data you provide against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .
To whom we may provide your personal data:
We may share and disclose your personal data and information to government or investigative authorities only if required to do so by law (or other regulations having the force of law), in the event of a lawsuit, criminal investigation, court order or subpoena.
Upon your check-in at Park Hotel Modar:
We require from you only the legally required amount of personal data approved by the Minister of Tourism and published on the website of the Ministry of Tourism pursuant to Article 116, paragraph 1 of the Tourism Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, namely:
Unique Citizen Number / Foreigner ID Number;
Name of the person (for Bulgarian citizens in Cyrillic, for foreigners – in Latin, according to the national document);
Date of birth;
Gender
Nationality
Identity card number/valid national identity document;
Country issuing the national document.
Your personal data is only collected if you provide it voluntarily!
If you do not give your consent to provide your personal data, you cannot be accommodated in the hotel!
You can choose how to provide your personal data:
You choose to provide your national ID to be processed by a special device that only retrieves the personal data required for your registration /*Device does not scan your personal data/ or You choose to fill in an address card and provide your national ID for reference.
