Come and celebrate St. George’s Day together in the Rhodopes! The festive program starts on the 3rd of May, when the folklore comes alive to the rhythms of the best dance ensemble of Devin. We honour St. George’s Day with a themed dinner in the garden of the Modar restaurant, accompanied by the sounds of bagpipers and folk songs. Here, traditions come alive and hospitality and natural beauty are everywhere!

THE PRICES ARE PER DAY, PER PERSON IN A DOUBLE ROOM AND PER ROOM IN AN APARTMENT, ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS, IN BGN AND INCLUDE:
- The corresponding number of nights, breakfasts and dinners
- Festive St. George's Day Dinner on 5th May to the sounds of bagpipers and folk songs
- Use of indoor mineral pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, salt relaxation area, fitness
- Free internet

- Travel insurance, resort tax and VAT
SUPPLEMENTS:
- A child from 0 to 4 years stays free of charge on a bed and breakfast basis with two paying parents
- A child from 4 to 12 years old, accommodated on an extra bed in their parents' room, is charged 40 BGN per day on a bed and breakfast basis.
- A child up to 12 years old on a regular bed or an adult on an extra bed pays 70% of the price of a regular bed.
- Single supplement - BGN 50 per day
Conditions for reservations and cancellations:
- Within 3 (three) days from the date of the confirmation sent in writing by the hotel, the client undertakes to make an advance payment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the announced price of the tours requested by him and confirmed by the hotel services. The client pays the rest of the reservation amount on the spot at the hotel.
- In case of non-payment, the hotel may cancel the reservation without notifying the customer.
- The client may cancel the services without penalty no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the date of arrival at the hotel. In case of cancellation between 14 (fourteenth) and 7 (seventh) days before the date of the client's arrival at the hotel, a penalty in the amount of one night's stay is due. In case of cancellation less than seven days before the date of arrival, as well as in case of non-arrival at the hotel, the deposit paid is retained as a penalty.
