Park Hotel Modar Loyalty Program MODAR LOYALTY PROGRAM
We created the Modar Loyalty Program as a compliment to you, our regular guests, to show you that you are truly special to us.
The program offers two levels of discounts:
- SILVER – 15% and
- GOLD – 20%.
Discounts apply to:
- The current price for hotel accommodation, published on the official website of Park Hotel Modar: www.hotelmodar.bg
- services in the hotel's SPA center
- free food and drinks at the MODAR Garden Restaurant and 3N Restaurant
- POOL bar “PERSENA” and Bar “Zh” in the Thermal Aquapark at the hotel
1. Rules for participation in the Modar Loyalty Program
- Membership in the program can be obtained by any guest who has expressed a desire to participate in it and has achieved:
- 5+ nights – for SILVER level
- 10+ nights – for GOLD level
2. A loyalty card with a unique number is obtained at the hotel reception after filling out a registration form. In it, the guest agrees toAccommodation conditions and Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for the needs of the Modar Loyalty Program and is processed in accordance with the personal data protection policy.
3. After activating the Loyalty Card, the SILVER level is applied immediately after 5+ nights, and the GOLD level – after 10+ nights. There is no requirement regarding the period of nights spent.
4. The cardholder is considered a Loyal Guest, and the loyalty program discounts are applied upon presentation of the card.
5. It is not allowed to combine two or more loyalty cards for one reservation or bill. The discount can only be used on one card.
6. The loyalty card is issued free of charge and only to persons over 18 years of age.
7. The terms of the program do not apply to:
- corporate events
- group bookings with special price
- reservations through third parties (travel agencies or online booking systems)
- promotional prices for overnight stays
8. If a loyalty card holder has no overnight stays within 2 calendar years, the card may be canceled.
9. Upon registering in the program, the guest agrees to receive news and current offers from Park Hotel Modar.
Additional terms and conditions
Park Hotel Modar reserves the right to change the terms of the Modar Loyalty Program, and any change will be published on the official website: www.hotelmodar.bg.
