GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions regulate the Park Hotel Modar’s relationship with guests in respect of the services it provides.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation at Park Hotel Modur in one of the following ways:

1.2. Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of accommodation.
1.3. You will receive confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provided. It will include the type and number of rooms reserved, the date of arrival and departure, the number and age of guests specified in the reservation request, and the amount due. Please read this information carefully and contact us if any changes are necessary.
1.4. At the discretion of the hotelier, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is required as a guarantee. Payment by the customer must be made within no more than 5 (five) days after sending our email (unless another term has been agreed), but no later than 3 days before the actual accommodation. The balance of the total amount of your reservation is payable at the hotel.
1.5. Upon receipt of the advance payment, your reservation is valid and considered FINALLY CONFIRMED.
1.6. In case of non-payment within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question.
1.7. When a customer makes a reservation at Park Hotel Modar, it is assumed that they have read these general terms and conditions and agree to them.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION
2.1. Cancellation of a reservation can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not applicable to holiday offers) 14 (fourteen) or more days prior to the date of arrival, the customer shall not be liable for any penalty.
2.3. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not applicable to holiday offers) less than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of arrival or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay for each of the reserved rooms, paid as a deposit, shall be due.
2.4. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation for a package offer less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered canceled.
2.5. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation under a holiday offer less than 20 (twenty) days prior to the date of arrival or in case of no-show on the date of arrival, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered canceled.
2.6. Park Hotel Modar reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure circumstances and other reasons beyond the hotelier’s control. In such cases, the hotelier:
Offers accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices
Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) – days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.
2.7. The above conditions for cancellation of holiday package reservations are valid only if no other conditions are specified when the package is created.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in: after 14:00.
Check-out: until 12:00.
Late check-out is possible until 6:00 PM, upon prior request and subject to availability for the day. The late check-out fee is 30% of the overnight stay of the selected package.
4. PETS
The pet fee is 60 leva / 30.68 euros per night, plus a one-time fee of 60 leva / 30.68 euros for basic cleaning and disinfection upon departure.
The hotel allows up to one pet per room/apartment, up to 8 kg. , it is advisable to use diapers, and the owner agrees to the following conditions:
4.1. Pets are not allowed in establishments serving food and beverages, as well as in the areas adjacent to them.
4.2. Pets are not allowed in the Aquapark and the green areas of the hotel.
4.3. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pools and spa.
4.4. The rooms are cleaned only in the absence of the pet, after the owner has previously notified the reception.
4.5. The room is vacated in the presence of the guest and a hotel employee.
4.5. Any damage caused by the pet will be paid by the owner at the market value announced at reception.
