ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions regulate the Park Hotel Modar’s relationship with guests in respect of the services it provides.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation at the Park Hotel Modar in one of the following ways:

1.2.
Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability for your accommodation.

1.3.
You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number and age of guests specified in the booking request and the amount due. Please read this information carefully and contact us if a correction is required.

1.4.
The hotel may require a security deposit of up to 50% of the reservation price. Payment by the client must be made within 5 (five) days after our email (unless another time restriction has been agreed upon), but no later than 3 days before the actual check-in. The remainder of the total cost of your reservation is due at the hotel.

1.5.
Upon receipt of the advance payment, your reservation is valid and is deemed finally CONFIRMED.

1.6.
In the event of non-payment within the time limit described, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question.

1.7.
When a customer makes a reservation at the Park Hotel Modar, he/she is deemed to have read and agreed to the current terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
2.1. Cancellation of a reservation can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking (not applicable to holiday offers) 14 (Fourteen) days or more prior to the date of check-in, the customer will not be liable for a penalty.

2.3.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not valid for holiday offers) less than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of check-in or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, a penalty of the amount of the first night’s value of each booked room paid as a deposit shall be due.

2.4.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed package reservatıon less than 7 (seven) days prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the pre-paid amount upon booking will not be refunded and the booking will be deemed cancelled.

2.5.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking under a holiday offer less than 20 (twenty) days prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the pre-paid amount upon booking will not be refunded and the booking will be deemed cancelled.

2.6.
Park Hotel Modar reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases, the hotelier:

Offers accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices

Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) – days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.

2.7.
The above cancellation conditions for holiday packages are valid only if no other conditions are specified when the package itself is created.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: after 14:00.

Check-out: until 12:00.

Late check-out is subject to an extra payment unless otherwise specified in the package.

PETS

Pets

Pet accommodation fee – BGN 30 per day

Pets up to 5 kg. are allowed in the hotel and the owner shall agree to the following conditions:

– pets are not allowed in restaurants where food and drinks are served, or in the adjoining areas!

– pets are not allowed in the pools and spa centre
– housekeeping is only done in the absence of the pet, after the owner has requested it in advance at reception
– damages caused by the pet are to be paid by the owner at the market value as announced at reception
