AQUAPARK
Six swimming pools are waiting for you to leave you with emotions that you will remember for a long time – a children’s pool with a water slide, a VIP pool with tents near it for relaxation, an Olympic pool, a baby pool, a whirlpool and an attraction pool with a double slide. The pools come in different sizes and depths. The water temperature is between 26°C and 32°C to ensure comfort and enjoyment for all visitors. If you are looking for a hotel with a waterpark in the mountains, Park Hotel Modar is your place if you are looking for hotels with a children’s waterpark!
Prater Children's Pool
The pool has a safe depth of 0.35 m and promises unforgettable moments of joy and smiles for the kids. It was created to enable huge groups of children to have fun in the water. Suitable for children of active age who love water activities.
Attraction pool
The pool's vast surface area, 1.5-meter depth, and non-conventional shape appeal to guests of all ages. The double slide evokes strong emotions in those who are enthusiastic to try, while the water cannons and bridge enable large-scale activities.
VIP pool
The VIP pool, which is 1.55 m deep and separated from the other pools, is designed exclusively for relaxation and unwinding. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and is quite near to the Modar Garden Restaurant.
Olympic Pool
With a depth ranging from 1.70 m to 1.90 m, the Olympic pool is suitable for competitions, training, and swimming in a variety of styles. This pool allows visitors to improve their abilities and technique.
Baby pool
This pool, with a depth of 0.25 m, is suited for the Park Hotel Modar's youngest visitors. The pool was specifically created with the goal of providing a tranquil and comfortable place for children to enjoy water play.
Whirlpool
This pool is designed for relaxation. It features hydro-massage facilities and a depth of 1.25m. Ideal for those who require a massage or wish to get the benefits of mineral water. The treatments are pleasurable.
The pools’ filtration operates constantly for 24 hours. The pools’ temperatures range from 26°C to 32°C.

The entrance fee is valid from 09:30 to 19:30
The prices are per person, in BGN, per day and include use of the pools and slides, sun loungers, use of changing rooms and showers.
tent rental - 120 BGN
The price is for two persons, in BGN, per day and includes:
Bottle of sparkling wine, 2 mineral water bottles 330 ml, fruit, use of pools and slides, changing rooms and showers and relaxation area

Weekend promotions /Monday - Thursday/ public holidays excluded

Consumption in restaurants
Use of safe – BGN 5 per day
Towel rental: 5 BGN per day and a deposit of 20 BGN.
* Children under 14 years are not allowed without an adult!
* One adult can accompany up to 3 children up to 4 years old!
