Уважавайте тишината иуединението на всички гости, не разговаряйте на висок тон и се наслаждавайте на тишината.Препоръчваме да не се влиза в СПА центъра с накити и бижута.Най-добрият начин да съхранявате личните си вещи е като използвате сейфа във Вашата стая. Парк хотел Модър не носи отговорност за каквито и да е вещи оставени без надзор.Мобилните телефони нямат място в СПА центъра. Носенето и използването им би било грубост към останалите гости, които се опитват да релаксират, също така би затруднило работата на терапевта по време на Вашата терапия. В случай, че страдате от високо кръвно налягане, алергии, разширени вени, ако имате някакви съмнения относно здравословното си състояние, или ако сте бременна, моля уведомете за това служителя на СПА рецепция преди да направите своята резервация, за да може да бъде предложена най-подходящата за вас терапия.С цел Вашата безопасност предварително се запознайте с правилата при използването на съораженията (сауна, парна баня, басейн, фитнес) и се явете с подходящо облекло. За целта пред всеки сектор има указателни табели.Деца под 14 години не трябва да се допускат в сауна и парна баня. Анулиране

 Препоръчваме Ви да бъдете на СПА рецепция 5 минути преди започването на вашата терапия. Закъснявайки за вашата терапия, Вие съкращавате нейното времетраене, като намалявате нейната ефективност и Вашето удоволствие. Вашата процедура ще свърши навреме без да се ощетява следващия клиент.
Времето на терапията започва с часа на резервацията и приключва с напускането на стаята за терапия. Времето за душ в стаята за терапия е считано за масажно време.

Цени & Заплащане
Цените на всички терапии са в български лева, за един човек. Гостите на хотела могат да добавят СПА терапиите към сметките на стаите си.
Клиенти, които не са гости на хотела, заплащат в бългапрснки лева в брой или с карта на СПА рецепция, след предварителна резервация на терапия от СПА менюто.

The SPA is a place of peace and relaxation. Please respect the silence and privacy of all guests, do not speak loudly and enjoy the silence. We recommend that you do not enter the SPA with jewelry. The best way to store your personal belongings is to use the safe in your room. Park Hotel Modar is not responsible for any items left unattended. Mobile phones have no place in the SPA. Carrying and using them would be rude to other guests who are trying to relax, and would also make it difficult for the therapist to work during your therapy. If you suffer from high blood pressure, allergies, varicose veins, if you have any doubts about your health, or if you are pregnant, please inform the SPA reception staff before making your reservation so that the most suitable therapy for you can be offered. For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the rules for using the facilities (sauna, steam bath, swimming pool, fitness) in advance and come with appropriate clothing. For this purpose, there are signs in front of each sector. Children under 14 years of age should not be allowed in the sauna and steam bath. Reservations
Make your spa reservation in advance to ensure that your desired time, treatment and therapist are available. Advance booking ensures that you will receive the treatment you want at the time you want. Please consult with the spa receptionist when selecting a treatment.

Cancellation
The treatments you choose are reserved especially for you. When canceling a reservation, you must notify us four hours before the treatment, otherwise 50% of the room rate will be charged to the room bill.

Duration
We recommend that you be at the SPA reception 5 minutes before the start of your treatment. By arriving late for your treatment, you shorten its duration, reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your procedure will be completed on time without harming the next client.
The therapy time starts at the time of booking and ends when you leave the therapy room. Shower time in the therapy room is considered massage time.

Prices & Payment
All treatments are priced in Bulgarian leva, per person. Hotel guests can add spa treatments to their room charges.
Clients who are not guests of the hotel pay in Bulgarian leva in cash or by card at the SPA reception, after pre-booking a therapy from the SPA menu.
Prices are in euros and Bulgarian leva.

Personal preferences
Express your preferences and ask questions about what interests you. You are free to choose a male or female therapist and you should be assured that they are all professionals.
*To use our services and therapies, guests must be at least 16 years old. If they are under this age, they must be accompanied by an older adult.

1. Persons visibly intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol are not admitted

2. Armed persons are not allowed on the territory of Persenk Thermal Aquapark

3. It is not allowed to bring in food and drinks

5. Unaccompanied persons under the age of 16 are not admitted

6. Companions are fully responsible for the safety of children

7. It is forbidden to jump into the pools, as well as any dangerous games

8. The management of Persenk Thermal Aquapark is not responsible for accidents and injuries caused by visitors’ fault

9. The management is not responsible for your personal luggage

10. It is mandatory to use the showers before entering the pools

11. The management of Persenk Thermal Aquapark reserves the right to deny access to pools and facilities to anyone violating the safety rules

12. Please ask for a receipt and keep it until you leave the premises.

13. People wearing swimsuits or wet clothes are not allowed in the restaurant
