Collection, processing and transmission of personal data:

You can visit our site without providing any personal data.

Your personal data is collected only if you provide it voluntarily, for example when you make a reservation for accommodation or make an inquiry. When making a reservation, you will be asked to fill out an online form that contains: name, email, contact phone number. This information is necessary to process the request and complete the reservation (including sending you an email to confirm the reservation).

Card details and authentication data:

We do not have access to your card details. They are processed only by your servicing bank.

We do not have access to your authentication data. It is stored only by your card issuer.

Security when entering and transferring card data is ensured by using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between your computer and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code.

In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, if you are registered to use them.

Spa Hotel Persenk Ltd. in its capacity as owner of https://hotelmodar.bg/ will not require you to provide your credit card details (including type, number, CVC code, validity, cardholder name). These details will be requested by the bank in a special online payment form for this purpose.

When you enter your personal data or the personal data of your employees, including official data (email addresses, names, addresses, telephone numbers), the disclosure of the data is done completely voluntarily by you. When checking in to Park Hotel and SPA Modar:

We require from you only the legally required volume of personal data, approved by the Minister of Tourism and published on the website of the Ministry of Tourism, in accordance with Art. 116, para. 1 of the Tourism Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, namely:

• Unified Civil Number/Personal Number of a Foreigner;
• Name of the person (for Bulgarian citizens in Cyrillic, and for foreigners – in Latin, according to the national document);
• Date of birth;
• Gender;
• Citizenship;
• ID card number / valid national identification document;
• Country that issued the national document.

Your personal data is collected only if you provide it voluntarily.

If you do not give your consent to the provision of your personal data, you will not be able to check in at the hotel.

You can choose how to provide your personal data:

You choose to provide your national ID card, which will be processed by a special device that extracts only the personal data necessary for your registration /* The device does not scan your personal data or You choose to fill out an address card and provide your national ID card for reference.
