Additional payments:

• Double room for single occupancy – 80% of the price of the double room is paid on a bed and breakfast, dinner basis.

Terms and conditions for reservations, payments, and cancellations:

• Within 3 (three) days from the date of the confirmation sent in writing by the hotel, the client undertakes to make an advance payment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the announced price of the tours requested by him and confirmed by the hotel services. The client pays the rest of the reservation amount on the spot at the hotel.
• In case of non-payment, the hotel may cancel the reservation without notifying the customer.
• The client may cancel the services without penalty no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the date of arrival at the hotel. In case of cancellation between 14 (fourteenth) and 7 (seventh) days before the date of the client’s arrival at the hotel, a penalty in the amount of one night’s stay is due. In case of cancellation less than seven days before the date of arrival, as well as in case of non-arrival at the hotel, the deposit paid is retained as a penalty.
